Airport Collections/Drop Off's
All London Connexions drivers will wait by the exit from
the arrivals hall or meeting point can be arranged as aiport
information or by the Hertz car rental desk displaying the
passengers name on a London Connexions display board. If the
passenger fails to make contact with the driver, they must
contact the office by telephone as soon as possible in order
to locate the driver. Failure to do so will incur a cancellation
charge plus any waiting time and/or parking fees
London Connexions accepts no responsibility or liability for
any loss or damage to any luggage or property carried in or
on the vehicle.
The company's driver has the right to refuse any passenger
or to make any journey due to the passenger having excess
luggage resulting in the vehicle being unsafe.
Price quoted for all airport collections include a meet and
greet and a 40 mins waiting time for car park expenses.
Please contact our office at least 4 hours before the scheduled
time of arrival if there is a cancellation for a pick up from
the Airport. Any cancellation inside the 4 hours will be charged
at the full rate.
All London Connexions vehicles carry Hire & Reward insurance
to their maximum passenger carrying capacity and will at no
times exceed this. Please note that a child counts as one
passenger.
The price quoted is from point of pick up directly to the
destination given. Any additional deviations, waiting time,
additional stops or pick-ups will be charged.
London Connexions can only accept written, faxed, emailed
or verbal bookings (telephone), which are passed through our
office
London Connexions are not held responsible for any bookings
made directly to the driver.
London Connexions reserves the right to subcontract the booking
to an alternative company as long as an equal or greater grade/size
vehicle is supplied.
London Connexions takes no responsibility for any vehicles
that may be delayed due to traffic congestion, traffic diversions,
road works, weather conditions, security alerts, civil riot,
acts of God, war, or any other delays out of its control.
Passengers who require the driver to use a longer route will
be charged. If it is the driver's own choice to use a longer
route then no extra charge will be made
London Connexions does not guarantee to complete any journey
in any given time and will not be accountable for any loss
or inconvenience which may arise from delays occurring from
any cause whatsoever.
London Connexions will always attempt to ensure its passenger's
safe and speedy arrival.
National Holidays (Bank Holidays/Christmas/New Years) and
from mid-night to 6am can be subject to price increases
Payment made via credit/debit cards will be subject to a
small booking fee.
Additional waiting time is charged at £15.00 per hour.
Additional car parking is charged at cost.
Gratuities are not included and are at your discretion.
Cancellation Policy
3.1No reservation which has been accepted by the Provider may be cancelled by the Passenger except with the agreement in writing, by email, telephone or otherwise of the Provider and on terms that the Passenger shall indemnify the Provider in full against all loss (including loss of profit), damages, charges and expenses incurred by the Provider as a result of cancellation.
3.2 Vehicles are booked by Passengers as requested. Saloon and Estate cars carry a maximum of 4 passengers & luggage. Vehicles to carry a larger no of passengers & luggage are available & are to be booked as required, (for luggage limitations & vehicle types and relevance view vehicles). Vehicles that are booked by Passengers that are not suitable for the purpose for which they have been booked for as stated earlier will be subject to clause 3.3 of Cancellation Policy. Vehicles that are cancelled by passengers after reservation acceptance by the provider shall incur a £5.00 charge.
3.3 Cancellation's must be informed of a minimum of 24 hour's prior to the time of booking by: Telephone: +44 (0) 870 880 8282.
3.3.1 Cancellation's informed 24 hours + prior to the time of booking £5.00 cancellation charge incurred.
3.3.2 Cancellation's informed 4 to 24 hour's prior to the time of booking cancellation charge incurred: 25% of quoted price for provision of service.
3.3.3 Cancellation's not informed up to 4 hour's prior to the time of booking cancellation charge incurred: 100% of quoted price for provision of service.
